January 30, 2023 – Ouellet Group announces name change to Innovair Solutions.

The team was unanimous in its decision: 
We wanted a name for the company that would reflect our
international positioning and our growth over recent years.

To kick off 2023 and make our new vision official, we have decided to change the name of the parent
company for all our business units. Every brand that you know and love is now part of the Innovair
Solutions family (formerly Ouellet Group).
Focused on evolving while remaining faithful to our roots, we believe this name accurately reflects
our goal of providing innovative heating, ventilation and air conditioning solutions to our valued
clients and business partners.

All our brands are here to stay.
Our aim is not to consolidate them, but rather see them grow and prosper.

There is no change to contractual, legal relationships, etc. We have decided to retain all our locations  and every brand to serve each market and client as effectively as possible and to minimize disruption for our partners and employees.
