Mr. Buchkowsky has 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development spanning various industries, with the bulk of his time spent on industrial heating.
Prior to joining Hazloc Heaters, Bobby served as the COO of LightForm Canada where he managed multiple offices of sales, marketing, and operations teams across the country — bringing the company to unprecedented levels of growth.
During his decade long tenure at Thermon, Bobby was known for diversifying the company’s revenue stream through impressive growth of its transit and rail heating division. This growth included opening dedicated manufacturing facilities and establishing new brand and product strategies for the business unit.
With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and an MBA from Queen’s University, Bobby is known for developing strategies and innovations to improve customer experience at all levels of engagement.
Mr. Skebo brings over 20 years of leadership experience in operations management, engineering, and process optimization across manufacturing and industrial environments.
A graduate of Dalhousie University in Halifax with a B. Eng. In Mechanical Engineering, Al began his career in the pulp and paper industry, where he developed a strong foundation in large-scale, interconnected industrial operations and earned his Professional Engineer designation. In 2008, he moved to Calgary to complete his MBA at the University of Calgary. Since then, he has continued to expand his industrial systems experience, leading technical and operational teams in the agriculture, railroad, technology, and manufacturing sectors.
Al is known for bridging technical, operational, and commercial priorities to deliver safe, reliable, and high-performing products at scale. He brings a collaborative leadership style, strong problem-solving capability, and a practical ability to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable direction. He applies Lean manufacturing principles to improve quality, safety, and consistency, to deliver a customer-focused approach to company operations.
Mr. Ochosky was one of the founders of Hazloc Heaters™ in 2004 and acted as General Manager until his retirement on December 31, 2025.
Mr. Lewis was one of the founders of Hazloc Heaters™ in 2004 and acted as President & General Manager until his retirement on May 29, 2015.
